Mac Sabbath brings Fast Food Metal back to Kansas City
Mac Sabbath. The sort of thing that seems like the brainchild of some tripping college kids, eating fast food, while listening to Iron Man. The idea is funny, but it doesn’t seem like it could in any way gain traction, but Mac Sabbath makes it work.
Currently on tour with heavy “Nedal” band, Okilly Dokilly, Mac Sabbath brought in a sizable crowd to Knuckleheads Saloon in Kansas City, conveniently nestled between a series of rail yards.
Unfortunately, the Ned Flanders afficianados were unable to make it to the show, due to vehicle issues, “Nope-illy Dokilly” quipped Ronald between songs about McNuggets, frying pans, and a giant lizard.
That’s right, while closing down the restaurant one night, Ronald, Grimalice, Slayer McCheese, and the Cat Burglar found a lizard scurrying across the floor, who happened to be able to wail on the harmonica.
Ronald and crew all are incredibly skilled musicians, who blend heavy metal riffs, with hilarious lyrics, you might not catch onto if you’re headbanging too much, and on-stage antics.
Just don’t be too surprised if you get squirted with a mustard bottle. “May I take your order?”
